These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Ancient Gold Remedy (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so please do.
1. Who can order
You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory to order. We ship within Canada only.
2. The product
Ancient Gold Remedy is a balm for external use on the skin only. It contains cannabinoids naturally present in the cannabis flower macerate. Please read the full ingredient list before ordering, patch test before first use, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Do not apply to broken skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak with a healthcare professional first. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you place your order. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, if we run out of stock), we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer only. After you place your order, you’ll receive the e-Transfer details by email. Please send the payment within 48 hours and include your order number in the message. Orders that aren’t paid within 48 hours may be cancelled. We never ask for card or banking login details.
5. Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped within two business days of receiving payment, with tracking. Details are on our Shipping page. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it. See below.
6. Our 30-day guarantee and returns
If the balm isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the purchase price in full. You don’t need to send the jar back. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no charge. Full details are on our Returns page.
7. Health information
The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Our product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
9. Website content
The text, photographs and branding on this site belong to Ancient Gold Remedy. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

11. Changes and contact
